Sunday afternoon on the Avenue...........Its called the Stroll! This historical dramatization colorizes some of the personalities and business owners that existed on Pennsylvania Avenue during the early Twenties. Wrapped in the middle of a love triangle between a minister and two potentially wayward women; this satire looks at the emerging erntetainment culture that will in future decades consume the Northwest area of Baltimore. As blacks began to own property and establish a strong revenue base, the duplicitous nature of the black culture is attacked by prohibitionist that finds the activities of the night life a moral degradation to the community.
